Q4: Do you offer safety vest with quantity less than your MOQ?

A4: We have regular stock for main styles and no MOQ requirement. please contact customer service or send emails to get the latest stock list. For some non-normal items, we also provide small quantity but would have some extra charges. The charges depend your requirement for color, size, material and so on,

Q5: Does your safety vest meet with the European or American standards?

A5: some of our products have the certification for EN ISO 20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107. We can also provide you with professional advice to make sure your customized style comply with the requirements.  

Q6: How to extend the use period of safety vest for user? 

A6: Washing/cleaning conditions harsher than those recommended below could diminish the brilliance of the fabric and shorten the product’s lifetime significantly. Therefore, the instructions must be strictly followed.

     1. No presoaking or application of high alkaline products. Wash temperature should be lower than 40°C. 

     2.  Line drying is recommended if possible. Do not over-dry.  Temperature should not exceed 70°C. 

     3. When ironing, Use medium setting, use press cloth. Do not apply steam.

Q8: Do you have the compliance certificate of safety vests/jackets to EN 20471 or ANSI/ISEA 107 standards?

A8: Since we have hundreds of different styles of safety products. We are not able to make certificate for every item. We only make certificates for several common styles. But we can provide you the compliance certificates of both fabric and reflective tapes, so that it will be much easier for you to make the clothing certificate.
